This week we continue studying Chapter 5; Changes Over Time. The students will learn more about the connection between genes and evolution, and other evolutionary relationships.

Tuesday - Finish Breeding Bunnies/Work on Chapter 5 Vocabulary and 5.1 - 5.2 Worksheet
Wednesday - Begin Life-Changing Relationships Lab
Thursday -Evolution Video and Questions/Finish Galapagos Conservation Sheet and Letter/Work on Chapter 5 Vocabulary/Read Chapter 5 Section 2 of text and work on 5.2 worksheet "Evolution of the Horse"
Friday - PowerPoint on Fossils and Dating/Fossil Formation Activity
Homework this week includes:
Evolutionary Thought Questions are due Monday for 4th period ONLY (due to classroom behavior)
Genetic Advancement Chart and Persuasive Paper due by Monday (including rough draft) - This was originally due last Wednesday, but date was extended upon student requests
Read Mantis Shrimp Article for Monday, there will be a short quiz over article
Breeding Bunnies Lab will need to be completed by Wednesday
5.1/5.2 Worksheet "Darwin's Voyage and Two Theories of Evolution" Due Thursday
Chapter 5 Vocabulary Sheet will be due Tuesday 4/1
